Summary:Because globalization advances in all aspects, in them beauty, every day is seen the need to have a good body image, that is why currently consumers prefer natural products, the main purpose of this project being the "STUDY OF FEASIBILITY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AN ANTI-MASS PRODUCTION AND MARKETING COMPANY OF ANTI-WRINKLES BASED ON BEE AND LEMON HONEY IN THE CANTON STORE". Also the general objective and specific raised in this study were fulfilled in the development of its different stages. In the Market Study, surveys were applied to determine the supply and demand of anti wrinkle masks, as well as price, presentation and distribution channels; The Technical Study that determined the location of the company that will be in the neighborhood Motupe in the streets Chuquiribamba between Gualel and Chantaco, distribution of the plant, capacity used 75% giving 15,060 units of 50ml. In the first year, determination of the technological equipment, materials and inputs required in the production of the product; In the Organizational Study the legal basis of the company in this case is defined as Limited Liability Company, the structural, functional and possessional organizational charts which give the company structure and function manual indicating the main activities that must be carried out ; In the Financial Study the investment of the project amounting to $ 25,450.80 was determined, from which the financing was 5 determined which is composed of the internal capital of $ 18,450.80 and external of $ 7,000.00 that is made a loan to BanEcuador at 11 % Annual for 5 years, operating budgets help determine the retail price, the break-even point for the first year is $ 62,397.00 in sales and producing with an installed capacity of 80.53%; Concluding with the Financial Assessment which allows to know the feasibility or not of the project by applying the evaluation criteria as: Net Present Value $ 47,205.96 that exceeds the investment, with an internal rate of return of 50.14% greater than Cost of opportunity, a cost benefit ratio that for each dollar invested is earned 33 cents, a capital recovery in 2 years, 3 months and 25 days; With a sensitivity analysis of 12.76% in increase in costs and a decrease in revenues of 9.96%. These results determined the feasibility of the project and all the results are positive, on the other hand in the Loja canton there is no company that dedicates to this activity so it is identified as a good job opportunity. Finally, conclusions and recommendations were made based on the results obtained and the bibliography and annexes that specify the information taken are also disclosed.
