總結: | Acute chest pain accounts for approximately 25 % of emergency visits in health centers, as this is a major warning signs of heart disease or coronary syndromes (1), hence arose the interest of making this study, which aims to assess : levels of CK- MB and troponin T in patients with acute chest pain who presented to the Hospital Manuel Ignacio Monteros of Loja, in order to know the incidence of acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI), the relationship between cardiac and diagnostic indicators, as well as the presence of diabetes in patients with myocardial infarction, and to determine the gender and age group, the same that was done using a descriptive cross-sectional comparative and whose sample consists of 50 people of all ages then, there was the determination of CK -MB and troponin T using the highly sensitive technique of Roche respectively, and electrocardiogram reading and survey. After analyzing the results it was concluded that most patients presenting with acute chest pain showed a significant increase in their values of CK- MB and Troponin T compatible with acute myocardial infarction, and also determined that an AMI may be associated with diseases such as diabetes. In regard to gender and age group concluded that there is a prevalence of this disease in males and aged between 56-65 years. Finally gave the results, the patient or family member. Keywords: Chest Pain Acute, Acute Myocardial Infarction, CK-MB and Troponin T. |
