إضافة وسم | الملخص: | The present investigating work came true right after noticing that Centinela's Municipality of Condor lacks processes of communication to internal level and day boy that they allow maintaining communicative loops with efficiency, than synthesizing you got to the point in the following problem of investigation: How do the processes of internal communication and day girl of Autonomous Government Decentralized of the Canton Centinela of the Condor help to strengthen the step and the institution's image? This work grows from the need to improve the internal communication and day girl of the Municipality, determining the weaknesses of the processes of communication, with it to present possible alternatives of solution with the purpose to improve the communication networks between the institution and the publics. The scientific, inductive deductive, analytical synthetic and bibliographic method was utilized in order to accomplish the present investigating work. Besides they utilized different techniques between them: The interview, opinion poll, observation, same that they enabled the verification of the objectives and the contrastation of the hypothesis. With the proposal of the findings and you determined recommendations that the treatment of the processes of communication is in a grade of good and bad, this is due to the lack of application of strategies of communication, to it you add up technical teams' lack and humans, she looks short of predisposal for part of the authorities in fomenting a better institutional communication. In this sense an alternative proposal with the purpose to collaborate in part to the solution of the existent problems came into question. The different presented alternatives came true according to the results that yielded the field investigation. |
