Sumari:The lack of knowledge about investment projects intensifies the instability of firms in the market; therefore it is advisable that both the employer and human talent have clear knowledge about the mechanism to implement a project, get a product to sell; and keep the company in the local market, with a success and secured profitability. Within the city the majority of companies do not tend to do a market study or assessment project prior to its creation; unlike assume that this will be profitable. In the city of Loja are not engaged in the production and marketing of baby designs in A4 fomix companies because they do not know about the operation, and machinery used for this type of project. With this research and taking into account the problems of the same work, it was considered to pose the following topic: "FEASIBILITY PROJECT FOR THE CREATION OF A COMPANY DEDICATED TO THE CREATION OF CHILDREN DESIGNS IN MANUFACTURED IN A4 FORMAT ANDMARKETING IN FOMIX THE CITY OF LOJA", this exhibition focuses on results; in turn constitutes a tool to attract investment, generate economic benefits, they in turn generate social and collective welfare. The research work consists of five studies: market research, technical study, organizational study, economic study and financial evaluation; in each techniques and methods in order to collect the necessary and relevant information we were used. The development objectives of this work are: to run a market study to determine the feasibility of a producer and marketer of children's designs in fomix A4 in the city of Loja; by applying methods and techniques such as survey conducted to 397 families with children of school age and preschool, with a growth rate of 1.12% school, which indicates the forecast for the ten-year life of the project. To meet the demand that the product will have the potential demand for 56.42% real demand with a percentage of 47.36% and 60.45% effective demand was determined; thus an average per capita consumption of 42.32 was established. Moreover, the supply is established by the information obtained from the sample of 337 commercial premises to which was applied a survey with a growth rate of 2.16%, obtaining the unmet demand that for the first year is 491.387 and the tenth year of 536.535 fomix designs. A technical study, specifying project size, location, material resources, machinery, human talent and engineering work is done; wherein the production process is taught for preparing the final product. It is further noted that the company will be located in the city of Loja, in the San Sebastian parish. The sole corporate name will be called "MAGICAL WORLD" Designs on Fomix, Sole Company (E.U.R.L), which consists of three hierarchical levels: the executive level, level of support and operational level; additionally the respective operating manuals were also developed. The economic study reflects an investment of $ 46,800.58, which the employer furnish with 36% (16,800.58) and 64% (30,000.00) will be financed by the credit union with JEP Progress youth an annual rate of 21% within five years. The cost structure for ten years and thus raises the unit price of the product is 0.56 cents defined; to this is added the profit margin that increases every year and thus the retail price of the first year is 0.84 cents for the tenth year reaching a value of $ 1.0. The breakeven point is calculated based on installed capacity and sales, which the company is determined, not win or lose. The above results, determine that the project is feasible, and ensuring profitability for its owner; allowing the market to offer a quality product that meets the needs of users a convenient and affordable, and that in turn will generate employment opportunities for the citizens
