Formulación del Subproceso Agregador de Valor “Apoyo de Asistencia Legal, Derechos e Igualdad” para la Gestión por Resultados en la Universidad Nacional de Loja, año 2022

The purpose of this research work is the formulation of the sub-process "Support of legal assistance, rights and equality" focused on the management by results in the Dirección de Bienestar Universitario of the Universidad Nacional de Loja, in order to establish appropriate guidelines for the mentioned sub-process, achieving an effective and efficient management by results based on effectiveness results. In order to carry out the elaboration of this work, the analytical-synthetic method was applied with the help of research techniques and instruments such as an observation sheet, semi-structured interviews, direct observation and focus group, which helped to identify in the first instance the current situation of the Dirección de Bienestar Universitario and the subprocess of Legal Aid Assistance, rights and equality, so that then through the analytical method, the results are analyzed and lead to the elaboration of the process manual as a solution to the systematization of this subprocess, to then validate the information and subsequently socialize the research proposal. Finally, the results, discussion, conclusions and recommendations of the research are presented along with the theories that support them and concludes with the approval and delivery of the research proposal, which is the manual of the sub-process "Support of legal assistance, rights and equality" of the Dirección de Bienestar Universitario of the Universidad Nacional de Loja.
