This research work was carried out as part of a Macroproject outlined by clinical laboratory career of the UNL whose has an aim to establish references values of hematologic indexes through the use of a wide sample, and a descriptive study of traverse court a male population that corresponds at 6.523 (53%), and by the EPI-INFO 6 program, we entered the data’s of supposed healthy people and we achier to identify potentiality the number of men 524 in which we carried out the test, once we determined the number of students of each high school according to a simple ran dam raffle, we made the participant students selection. We create a database, then we establish the average and frequencies of the eritrocitario parameter, such as we used the two ways to determine the rages of reference to obtain as conclusion that the values of reference the red globules recount for our environment in student population of male sex in the ages between 12 and 19 years old are: 4'234.000 - 5'546.000 / mm3, after they were broadcaster by an exposition organized by the Clinical Laboratory Career Coordination in the presence of rectors, medical stuff, and student of the different school where the was carried out, also students and teacher from Clinic laboratory career where we gave a informative brochure about the research work and in this way results were broadcaster, the same that were according to our reality and in the same form guaranty a quality diagnostic in the well-being of the patients health, the same ones that will serve to the health’s professional as a fundaments in the clinical diagnostic in the different pathologies. |
