In the course of research using methods as necessary: inductive, deductive, scientific, analytic-synthetic, descriptive and statistical; Also the use of techniques such as sample surveys, interviews and surveys, which are applied to the students of third baccalaureate school annex to the National University of Loja, and the owners of local television media, UV-TV Ecotel Tv and for the collection of data to establish an alternative approach to the problem. With data as possible concerning the creation of a solution of this educational program as an alternative to strengthen the academic development of the students raised; thereby contribute to the education and participation of young people and teachers interact with the programs that are broadcast on local television media, with the aim that when teachers send extra lessons tasks learners possessing a resource for the performance of duties. Finally the proposal raised disclosed on the type of program objectives, audience, structure, goals, technical, logistical, structural part. The program is aimed at youth, as most are sitting too long in front of the TV eating junk programs (Cartoon - Violence - Farandole), and more dynamic and entertaining way to capture their attention and interact to achieve once educate, and finally the combination of communication and education should be one of the best tools for good training.
