| Crynodeb: | This project entitled "Digital Tourist Guide for the Museum of Religious Art of the Basilica of El Cisne, Parish of El Cisne, Canton Loja" is based on tourism innovation to provide a new experience in terms of interactive guidance; and, to some extent, strengthen the knowledge of Loja's cultural identity and could also arouse interest in tourists to visit this type of museum. For the development of the project, first of all, we collected the information of the cultural heritage assets belonging to the museum of religious art, information that was provided by the INPC through inventory matrices for movable cultural assets and by the museum through a general inventory record; then we made summary sheets with the most relevant information of each heritage element to subsequently make a prioritization matrix, which allowed to choose the cultural assets to develop the digital guide; for which we made the selection of the digital tool for the design of the tourist guide by using criteria for the selection of software tools, after that we made a photographic documentation of the assets, then we selected a template in the digital instrument where we placed the works in different rooms according to the type of asset to which they corresponded, with their respective descriptions; Finally, once we created the digital guide, we made a dissemination proposal for the digital tourist guide, which we based on a SWOT diagnosis and a strategic matrix to establish general and specific objectives to be considered within the dissemination plan. According to the results obtained, we concluded that the development of the digital tourist guide could favor the interest of tourists to know not only the digital tourist guide but also the physical museum located in the parish of El Cisne. |
