| Summary: | This research has the general objective "Developing a Strategic Plan", in order to make a formal planning activities through the implementation of proposals to promote commercial activity, so that the company can improve its economic and social development, thus a competitive advantage on the market in which it takes place is created. The methodology used in the research were different methods such as historical, deductive, inductive, descriptive and analytical; also applied techniques such as direct observation, interview and survey that served as critical to gathering information concerning the business base. Results in an external analysis of the company to the political, legal, financial and technological factors was performed based detecting the impact is positive or negative in this company, also the internal analysis was conducted for which in the first instance by the record Observation (Annex 3) and interview the manager, the real situation of the company is defined, later the results of the surveys and interviews applied to both customers and staff of the company notes this, the financial statements ( Annex 6), whereby the main strengths and weaknesses are established. With the results of these analyzes are necessary to detect that in the external environment the company makes moderate use of opportunities and stable management the threats, that by applying the evaluation matrix EFE external factors, obtaining a weighted value of 2.53; however internally it shows that the company is slightly stronger than weak, this by applying the evaluation matrix of internal factors EFI where a weighted value of 2.90 was obtained. Thus, to make the crossing of factors both internal and external, strategies are obtained in the matrix of high impact SWOT, which served as a basis to support the strategic goals for the company with which we proceed to implement the plan budgeted as proposed in the present investigation. Once detailed the activities to be held in each of the objectives and goals and tactics necessary to comply with an overall budget amounting to $ 16,890.00 which will be funded entirely by the Shareholders of Commercial Jessica is obtained Quezada Cia. Ltda. Finally, conclusions and recommendations that it comes after the analysis in the research as well as bibliography and appendices required within the same are disclosed |
