Análisis productivo y económico de tres sistemas de produccion de vacas lecheras, en la parroquia el Quinche cantón Quito

This research entitled: ANALYSIS PRODUCTIVE AND ECONOMIC OF THREE SYSTEMS OF PRODUCTION OF COWS DAIRY, IN THE PARISH OF EL QUINCHE, CANTON OF QUITO, WAS DEVELOPED IN THE PARISH OF EL QUINCHE BELONGING TO THE QUITO CANTON; and it had as a fundamental purpose knowing the form of management and profitability of farms dairy, managed under the three systems. For this research became an initial observation of bovine cattle farms in the area, and nine farms were selected by systems; that is, three intensive system, three of the semi-intensive system and three of the traditional system; then on each farm the following variables were analyzed: the production management system, milk production per system, power supply system, indirect costs, direct costs, production costs per litre of milk in each system, revenue and profitability In a system of milk production, the main objective is to develop the full potential of milk cattle. The system of production, can be: intensive, semi-intensive or traditional. It was determined that the intensive system, has a great advantage over the other two, and is the only one that presents a 1.29 favorable cost-benefit ratio, which means that it generates profitability. For achievements economically and production levels should be herds structured through the intensive system in that it is the only one which relies economically.
