The overall objective verification that contributed to the problems was Researching family disorganization and its relationship to the behavioral development of children in the first year of Basic Education Center "Miguel Riofrío" city of Loja. Period from 2012 to 2013. The family is the primary social nucleus where humans interact, and remains relevant in the lives of everyone, even when they have formed their own kernel or simply moved away from their environment. Each family must, as a structure, having leaders who lead the group to pursue their goals and one individual under this authority. The methodology allowed knowing the reality of the problem, determining the theoretical foundation and the primary conclusions and recommendations. The population studied was 62 parents and 62 students, the instruments used were: the survey was aimed at parents and observation sheet aimed at children. The main conclusion was: The most important conclusion was: Children who have a history of logically disorganized families have behavioral problems, these problems are evident in the environment in which they operate, so that some children in the first year of Basic Education School "Miguel Riofrio" Loja City show inappropriate behavior as a lack of respect and affection to adults by 10%, selfishness to share their materials by 30%, causing a dysfunction in their behavior within schools.
