| Shrnutí: | This research was aimed at "Developing a Strategic Communication Plan to promote the distributor Cleaner Solutions in the City of Loja period 2014- 2015". Businesses that exist in the city of Loja residents are businesses that have located without performing the previous studies about resulting successful marketing and other unfortunately heading straight to bankruptcy today is very important for companies without proper planning Communication strategies, but it is clear that many lack thereof. The general objective is to promote raised the distributor Cleaner Solutions to enhance their participation in the market for it is Lojano, I conducted a comparative analysis of direct competition for distribution Cleaner Solutions., Managing to determine the current situation which subsequently allowed to establish communication strategies to promote the name of the distributor Cleaner Solutions and products offer. The methods used in the preparation of this research work were: Scientific, analytical and descriptive, deductive, Synthetic. Among the techniques used for data collection were: A survey of customers of the distributor Cleaner Solutions to identify the strengths and weaknesses that the communication has allowed us to develop strategies for the fulfillment of the stated objective of this research. An interview was also carried out to the Owner Manager of the distributor Ms. Bravo Viviana Mejia Esthela same it possible to detect the internal problems of the distributor. The encuenstas applied, it could obtain 42% of the population believes that advertising that uses the distributor Cleaner Solutions is Mala, 25% think that is regular, 21% think that is good and 10% that it is very good. It is relevant to develop a Strategic Communication Plan; Taking into account the qualitative and quantitative dimension, focused on the legislation by the young master of the company so that the distributor can gain a strong market space lojano. |
