| Ամփոփում: | The purpose of this research arises from the need to investigate the impact of internal communication in the organizational culture in a public institution; to do so, the municipality of avocados, province of Loja was chosen. The theme is to ANALYZE INTERNAL COMMUNICATION IN THE DECENTRALIZED AUTONOMOUS GOVERNMENT OF CANTON PASTES AND ITS REPERCUSSION IN ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE. Period february - september 2017, which seeks to analyze the causes and consequences of the internal communication of the Autonomous Decentralized Government of the canton of Paltas and its impact on the organizational culture, is the general objective. And as specific objectives identify the internal communication tools, evaluate the communication problems existing within the institution and propose an alternative for the internal communication and organizational culture to be strengthened. The character of the research is scientific since it meets its characteristics, thus a qualitative - quantitative mixed methodology was used, with adequate techniques such as: the observation, semi-structured interviews carried out with the persons in charge of managing activities within the institution, in addition, a questionnaire made to 92 municipal officials. The results projected that the most used tools are social networks, emails, trades and rumors. While the communicative problems are several among them egoism, abuse of authority among others After having obtained the results, it is concluded that GAD Paltas does not have alternatives to maintain a fluid communication, just as the tools used in the institution are not used properly |
