Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | Modern law focused neo constitutionalism, maintains order, rights, guarantees and application of principles, even more so when we are in a constitutional rule of law and social justice, the importance and proper legal partner of contemporary law correlation, synthesize my study one of the priority groups, such as people with catastrophic illnesses, which are protected by the State, are public agencies, private sector; and the family; through the set of existing provisions in the law Objective, binding constitutional rights and priority attention as a necessity for harmonious development of good living. The importance lies as the reference group, according to a principle interest is higher, in addition constitutionally established that the State, society and family as a priority, promote the comprehensive development in all aspects. For the above my work is focused to the study of catastrophic diseases are those in which patients need continuous treatment, making possible my proposal for the law of catastrophic illnesses, to ensure it meets the rights of people with catastrophic illnesses, and do not let inattention in this group of priority. |
