The importance lies as the reference group, according to a principle interest is higher, in addition constitutionally established that the State, society and family as a priority, promote the comprehensive development in all aspects. For the above my work is focused to the study of catastrophic diseases are those in which patients need continuous treatment, making possible my proposal for the law of catastrophic illnesses, to ensure it meets the rights of people with catastrophic illnesses, and do not let inattention in this group of priority. |
