For the development of this research work “Agritourism proposal for the “Ramquez” farm in the Cucanama Bajo neighborhood of the Vilcabamba parish” was done in order to promote the development of tourist activities within the Cucanama Bajo neighborhood. The general objective of this research work is: to make an agrotourism proposal for the “RAMQUEZ” farm in the Cucanama Bajo neighborhood of the Vilcabamba parish and to carry it out three specific objectives were determined, the first was to determine the tourist potential of the “RAMQUEZ” farm. in the Cucanama Bajo neighborhood of the Vilcabamba parish, the second is to develop an agrotourism proposal for the “RAMQUEZ” farm in the Cucanama Bajo neighborhood of the Vilcabamba parish, and the third is to propose promotion strategies according to the profile of tourists who would visit the agrotourism for the “RAMQUEZ” farm in the Cucanama Bajo neighborhood of the Vilcabamba parish. To carry out the methodology, first the tourism diagnosis was made using Carla Ricaurte's file and the inventory of tourist attractions using the MINTUR file, then surveys were applied to determine the profile of the tourist and the agrotourism activities to be carried out. Taking into account the information collected, the SWOT matrix was created, as well as the crossed SWOT. Following this, the proposal and budget for the development of tourist activities was created, and finally the promotion strategies through social networks. The results demonstrate the fulfillment of the 3 objectives, the diagnosis was carried out in which it was determined that the farm has tourist potential since it has four natural attractions, surveys were also carried out to later carry out the agrotourism proposal on the farm and proposal signage and finally promotion strategies. In conclusion, it can be determined that this research work will enhance the development of tourist activities in the Cucanama Bajo neighborhood. The RAMQUEZ farm has the potential to carry out agrotourism activities since it has natural attractions according to the tourist profile that was determined through the application of surveys. |
