Evaluación de los riesgos psicosociales en los servidores públicos de la Planta Central de la Empresa VIALSUR E.P de la ciudad de Loja, 2023

The present research project focuses on the diagnosis of the level of psychosocial risk on the public employees in the central plant of the company VIALSUR E.P. in Loja city, for the year 2023. Therefore, the following objectives are established: to develop a diagnosis to determine the current situation regarding the evaluation of psychosocial risks of the public employees in the central plant of the company VIALSUR E.P.; to determine how much psychosocial risk is present on the public employees in the central plant of VIALSUR E.P.; and, finally, to present preventive and corrective actions through an action plan that contributes to the improvement of working conditions. In order to achieve the objectives, a non-experimental, exploratory and descriptive type of research is developed. A total of 42 public employees are interviewed for the survey, which comprised 58 items grouped into 8 dimensions. Additionally, three interviews are applied, identifying the interviewees as key actors in the health and safety of the employees. Based on the information gathered, a diagnosis of the psychosocial risk factors on the public employees of the company is developed, followed by an evaluation to establish the level of psychosocial risk presented. Consequently, a low level is observed, however, there are factors that need to be considered. Finally, through the diagnosis and evaluation, it was possible to determine which activities would take the form of an action plan, providing proposals for the correction and prevention of those psychosocial risk factors that presented alarms.
