This requires an adaptation of all organs and systems including the maturation of several enzyme systems , the implementation mechanism of homeostasis in utero were made by the mother and the respiratory and circulatory readjustment essential from birth to survive in the extrauterine environment . All newborn problems somehow include altering a coping mechanism. It is the most vulnerable stage of human life in the postnatal period. In this the greatest risks to their survival, to present these pathologies and leave some kind of sequels, especially neurological occur. For these reasons, are vital care of the mother for normal development of the baby both physically, as is the normal body growth and brain development as well as psychologically because he drinks creates a link inseparable with the mother, which would allow security when interacting with others. That is why it is extremely necessary that new adjustments are implemented regarding permits mothers during pregnancy and lactation, since it is one of the most important in the life of a human being steps; and is also the duty of the state to enact and equal enjoyment of the same rights, duties and opportunities. |
