Резюме:This research titled: Endurance Training with ball in Development Technical Fundamentals of Football in the sub 14 and sub 16 LDU Loja categories. With the main problem the influence of the preparation of aerobic endurance balloon in developing technical foundations, whose general objective is to analyze how training affects aerobic endurance balloon in the development of the technical fundamentals of football in subcategories 14 and sub 16 LDU Loja and specific objectives are: to identify the aspects of preparation by which aerobic endurance is not working with the fundamentals of football in a jointly and equally demanding a practical theoretical scientific study and training programs where resistance develops with evidence balloon with the teaching of technical fundamentals of football in an integrated and systematic way. Through the literature review two variables as aerobic endurance training with ball and development of technical fundamentals of football were stated. In this research methods and research techniques as the survey that I apply a 2 coaches and 50 players in 2 categories were applied, obtaining results that allowed us to reach main conclusion that adequate aerobic endurance training with ball strengthens the development of fundamentals technical football recommending a suitable planning of sports training.
