Περίληψη:The research related to the topic: Adults as facilitators in the learning development in children Sublevel Fourth Grade Basic General Education Elementary School "Cuarto Centenario N º 1" of the city of Loja. Year 2013 -2014. The overall objective of this research topic is to know how aid affects adults as a factor for development of learning in fourth graders Sublevel Basic General Education Elementary. To carry out the research process was necessary to use a number of methods such as Scientific Method, Description Method, Analytic - Synthetic Method, and the hypothetical – deductive. Furthermore, the technique of direct observation and survey, the same that was applied to the principal, teachers, students and parents of the school, in order to obtain timely information was used. In the research, process involved the following human talents, two teachers, and 40 students’ parents. 82% of the results evidence that influences adult help as a factor in the development of learning in children: After the analysis and interpretation of data, the following results were obtained. For these reasons, it has been concluded that it was established as the main conclusion that the support of parents in the work of the children improves the learning performance of children achieving significant learning. As teachers are recommended to promote intervention strategies to help parents in the work of the children, ie the adult motivational strategies seek to awaken interest in student learning.
