Resumo:This work entitled "proposal for a MANUAL functions, valuation of positions by points and a regulation of admission and employment for the company RP & C attorneys CÌA Ltda. of the city of QUITO", aims to develop a proposal for a manual functions, valuation of positions by points and a regulation of admission and employment for the company RP & C lawyers Ltda. of the city of Quito. The development of this research became the respective bibliographical revision, both in the framework as the conceptual framework, guaranteeing in this way the theoretical support inherent in the subject in question. In terms of materials and methods that were used were as follows: historical, deductive and analytic; the same techniques for the collection of information as the interview applied to the General Manager, direct observation, the survey applied to 214 employees of the company. The results of this research, he is a situational diagnosis of the company, is also presented information from the processed survey by statistical tables with the respective graphic representations, as well as the analysis of the interview. The proposal was raised in the discussion of results was designed a structural and functional chart according to the current requirements of the company, a manual of functions of easy use for all staff of the company. Was the valuation of posts through the points system, which was obtained the following results: Total of points according to the valuation is 4315, total salaries that employees perceive is $24066; with these data through the application of the straight line was obtained a slope of 5.58. Proceeding this way to wage adjustment of charges that are left from the straight line of the wage adjustment, with a factor of rating of 5.58 for the new remuneration. Revalued charges were in total 6: technology, assistants, head of services, projects, surveys and general services. Subsequently, the regulation of admission and employment that will allow the recruitment of personal future based on the requirements of the company Finally took place, settled the conclusions, recommendations and the detail of the literature used for this purpose, as well as the presentation of the annexes.
