Sumari:The thesis entitled "Analysis of the dissemination of the rights of the elderly on radio stations in the canton Loja and its impact on the generation of a new civic culture, period March-July 2015" was prepared for the purpose of : create a communications program on a radio medium, to influence the comprehensive educational and social development of the fulfillment of the rights of the elderly, welfare and health, since in the canton Loja no radio programs to publicize the rights of the elderly therefore this group of vulnerable people have lack of knowledge about their rights under the law. this research, analytical, interpretative and applied character allowed to affirm the concepts exposed at work, as the analytical, synthetic, deductive, inductive method was used descriptive and statistical. Similarly, the techniques of the survey of 382 people in the canton Loja and interview the people of the city are in constant activity with older adults and broadcasting, which allowed us to obtain results for the verification of hypotheses were used and verification purposes. Finally it was concluded that older adults and the general public show great interest in radio programs in the city of Loja, they contribute their integral development, to improve their quality of life; therefore, they believe that radio is a good alternative to enhance and enforce their rights.
