ANÁLISIS FINANCIERO PARA LA TOMA DE DECISIONES EN LA MICROEMPRESA “SOYARD CÍA. LTDA” DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA.

The following Curricular Integration Project entitled "FINANCIAL ANALYSIS FOR DECISION MAKING IN THE MICRO-ENTERPRISE SOYARD CÍA. LTDA." of Loja city, during 2021 and 2022, has as main objective the critical diagnosis of the real economic- financial situation in order to contribute to the improvement of decision making in the company. In the present research work, an exploratory research was applied with an inductive qualitative approach that allowed collecting and analyzing the data present in the company from a general to a specific way in order to help to interpret facts and actions, the techniques used were the literary review, financial statements and interviews. After receiving the information, it was proceeded to perform the vertical analysis, the horizontal analysis and the corresponding financial indicators of liquidity, activity, profitability and indebtedness, which allowed to identify problems in the management and operation of the company, and through the information collected by these techniques it was possible to demonstrate and conclude about the real financial situation of the company, as well as the decrease in cash inflows, non- updated policies, uncollected accounts, negative statements, etc. It is concluded that with the respective analysis and indicators the company presented certain problems to be solved mainly in the improvement of liquidity and in which it is recommended to apply the improvement proposals established in the development of the project for its benefit and correct decision making.
