´Implantación de la contabilidad en el comercial May motos de la ciudad de Saraguro provincia de Loja, periodo julio a septiembre de 2014

The supporting of this thesis “IMPLEMENTATION OF ACCOUNTING IN THE COMMERCIAL MAY MOTOS SARAGURO CITY LOJA PROVINCE, PERIOD JULY TO SEPTIEMBRE 2014”, are to obtain the Engineering degree in Accounting and Auditing CPA, the National University of Loja , in order to allow the owner to know and calculate the economic status of your business as having made the accounting process could be demonstrated the real utility and economic state in which the commercial space and time is to have an actual stock of goods. It also helped me to collect the necessary accounting information local to the completion of the accounting process; has an actual inventory of existing goods, there was the need for manual counting of existing goods according to the priorities of trade and therefore register to see the situation in which the trade is May Motos. Compliance was given to the objectives proposed by implementing commercial accounting, which starts from the inventory of Goods, with the state Initial situation as well as their obligations, the Plan and Accounting Manual which is essential for recording the whole process accounting, from the Daybook, in which it is logged transactions, ledgers, trial balance, worksheet and get to obtain the financial statements of the Company, according to the results. The implementation of the accounting process meet real forms allowed both physical and economic situation of the business premises, the same as a basis for the owner to make decisions and compliance with current legal regulations of the agencies. Which I recommend taking follow an organized accounting and consider the results presented in the financial statements that allowed to point out the most important and necessary things for the accounting process.
