Samenvatting:This research project's main objective is to propose a Function Manual, valuation of positions and rules of admission and employment for the company Talent Fredy Salazar Construcciones y Servicios Fredsacon Cia. Ltda. of the Coca city. To meet the objective research methods were applied as to gather information Deductive, Inductive to analyze the current situation of the company, the Descriptive for detailing the problem and Analytical to interpret the data obtained; using research techniques: direct observation, interview and survey manager to all workers, these allowed to collect accurate and current development of human resources in the enterprise. With the data obtained it was determined the problem and know that the company Fredy Salazar Construcciones y Servicios Fredsacon Cia. Ltda. lacks a manual functions, a valuation of Posts and Regulations Admission and Employment..; what caused the staff to a total ignorance of their activities and the ordered sequence to be followed to meet efficiently and effectively the goals and objectives. Therefore this research project is a set of qualitative and quantitative data that allows for the final result the development of the Post Classification Manual, by quality Valuation and Rules of admission and employment, these administrative tools will be very useful for the development of the company as they present key data on each workstation that integrates the organization. After developed the project could propose right solutions allowing ensure the allocation of responsibilities to members of the organization and duplication of functions by the Post Classification Manual, which comprise 37 positions eliminated properly detailed. The valuation of positions makes evident the appropriate wage to the functions being performed. By developing research could determine an enhancement factor of 1.05 for most positions. Admission Regulation of Employment was developed according to the scheme and parameters defined by the Labour Code, in order to improve the selection and induction of staff of the company, supporting recruitment able to contribute to meeting organizational objectives the company
