Opis
Sažetak:We have developed this research paperwork to provide viable support to reduce the existing inequality gap, thus granting the longed-for universal accessibility to people with physical disabilities through the implementation of inclusive spaces and tourist services in the Colinar- Carigán - Villonaco - park of Loja. For the development of this project, we used the following methods: an analytical, descriptive, and specific methodology for the local tourism diagnosis of Carla Ricaurte 2009, through the techniques of direct observation, PESTEL, interview, survey, and Strategic SWOT, allowing to comply with the situational diagnosis, analysis of the demand for the use of inclusive services, as well as to develop the proposal to be applied in the park and qualify as an inclusive tourist site. In the inspection of the facilities and surroundings of the park, we favorably concluded that it meets the minimum conditions to be readapted and-or build infrastructure to facilitate the realization of inclusive activities. When consulting with the main entities that are the people with physical disabilities, we determined that there is a total predisposition to incur in new daily practices that allow them to feel and live their social inclusion, having as requirements to guarantee their easy accessibility and safety in the different spaces and services offered, since this will grant a full and warm enjoyment. We designed a technical and feasible inclusive plan to comply with existing universal accessibility regulations, as well as with INEN regulations and the Municipal Government Ordinance issued by CONADIS, as well as a training plan for park staff to improve their skills and attitudes in the performance of their duties, and finally, a communication strategy to position the park as a new inclusive tourist attraction.
