Περίληψη:The main objective in this work was to Determine the unchaining factors for the Syndrome of Burnout in revolving interns of the Regional Hospital Isidro Ayora of Loja. The methodological design and descriptive cross-sectional was used in this research, with the rotating sample 100 medical interns, to collect information questionnaire Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), the sociodemographic and labor questionnaire was used. After obtaining the results we could identify the female gender at a higher rate, aged 22-24 years, in terms of marital status most are single. Besides the presence of burnout syndrome it was determined through the subscales, expressing a high emotional exhaustion by 57%, a high level of depersonalization by 41% and an average level of fulfillment 55% of which are indicative of Burnout. Among the triggers influenced age, long hours, rotating shifts and to feel undervalued by the relatives of patients, management of the institution and coworkers, also the dissatisfaction felt by not having the support of the the institution to perform in their job and have no peer collaboration. It is recommended that future research on health personnel to determine the presence of burnout syndrome and thus seek preventive measures to reduce stress work in them.
