Summary:The present investigation was meant to determine the influence of the affection in the comprehensive education of children of elementary school "Engineer Alfonso Colonel" Trapichillo district, canton Catamayo, Loja province. 2012-2013 school year, and in particular manifestations of affection and comprehensive education were presented by children as a result of the affection they receive from their parents. To solve these needs was raised as general objective to determine the relationship between the affectivity and integral education of the children of the school of basic education Engineer Alfonso Colonel of the neighborhood Trapichillo, of the Catamayo Canton and as specific objectives establish the level of affection, identify levels of integral education which possess Eng. Alfonso district Colonel Trapichillo elementary school childrenof the Catamayo Canton and last to suggest alternative guidelines that contribute to solve the problems diagnosed. The methods used to conduct this research were: the descriptive method which allowed us to experience and know fully the situation from their analysis in order to thus meet the specific objective, the synthetic method allowed to finally establish claims final as they are alternatives effective solution as conclusions and recommendations, was likewise field research since it was developed directly in the school of education basic engineer Alfonso Colonelwhere remained a direct relationship with the sources of information that is with authorities, teachers, students and parents and literature because it was based the theoretical basis of the research, through consultations: bibliographic sources, texts, notes, documents, as well as also supplies computer and Internet, all this resulting of vital importance to know the problems and determine how influences the affectivity in the integral development of children. In the presentation of the results is displayed that s emotional influences in the comprehensive education of children thus contributing to make parents and teachers aware and take time to children to improve their education. Within the conclusions we can assert that the educational institution does not encourage affection between members of the school community and the families of students cause little affection in children reflecting on the integral education of the same. Therefore, it is recommended that the institution should implement programs to promote the affection in the educational community as a school for parents and implement a guidance Department to help solve the problems in the institution and work together with body DINAPEN and the harvest to support students who suffer family breakdown.
