Also, this work has hadits fulltheoretical foundationthat has served tostrengthenthe information obtained;themethods usedare:Descriptive,helped establishcriteriato findthe problemof implementingaSecurityPlan; Inductive, to analyzethe information gathered andtoraisethe findings, Deductiveallowedformulating theproposal to designa security planthat serves as atooltoownerLuisVireMetalBuildingWorkshopand Sons; Statisticalallowedgraphically describing theresultsbased onsurveys ofworkers, and theinterviewwas conductedto the owner ofMechanical Constructions"Luis Vire e Hijos" Workshop; the techniquesusedto collect dataareset out below: Observationusedby visitingthecompany premises, Interview appliedOwnerworkshopthat helpedidentifystrengths and weaknessesand obtainprimary informationfor thedevelopment of researchSurveyappliedto employees ofMechanicalBuildingWorkshopsame asallowed forinternal analysis; betweenthe main resultswas obtained. In the interview with owner could determine the strengths and weaknesses of the workshop, with the result that the knowledge of Industrial Safety are basic, staff not trained for proper safety when conducting their business activities, the company does not have with signage, has no policies, rules and bylaws of Industrial Security. Finally after having performed the analyzes industrial safety plan to safeguard the physical and mental integrity of each employee of Mechanical Constructions Workshop "Luis Vire e Hijos" of the city of Loja was determined as a central proposal also the respective conclusions and recommendations were established |
