| Özet: | This research work, which, thanks to the unconditional support of all officers and employees of the Cooperative Savings and Credit Cristo Rey, has been successfully developed and applied throughout its development, logical and administrative procedures required by the administration Modern, is summarized below, as follows: It has been able to determine, the Savings and Credit Cooperative Cristo Rey enjoys broad support and public acceptance, which translates into confidence provided by its more than 8700 active members; also got to know her, who currently work in this prestigious cooperative organization of the city of Loja, 26 people, who are strategically distributed among plant administrative and operational employees. The basis on which the same preparation of this research work was based, is that the Savings and Credit Cooperative Cristo Rey, despite exceed 27 years of fruitful existence, lacks a Job Classification Manual, and a regulation Domestic Admission and Employment, basic administrative tools, that the Cooperative has access to occupy a place of primacy within the troubled financial market in the province of Loja. Therefore, the general objective, which guided the development of this research, was: "Develop a Job Classification Manual and Rules of Admission and Employment for Talent Cooperative Savings and Credit of Christ the King City of Loja." The methodology used for the development of research, was coated on the use and the use of the following methods: Historical Method, Analytical Method, Inductive Method, Deductive Method, and Statistical Method; likewise, it was necessary to resort to the use of the following data collection techniques: The Direct Observation Survey and Interview. The main conclusions that were reached at the end of this research work were as follows: 1. Cooperative Savings and Credit Cristo Rey, is a company with a strong corporate presence in the financial market of the city of Loja. 2. Cooperative Savings and Credit Cristo Rey, has clearly defined its corporate mission and vision. 3. Cooperative Savings and Credit Cristo Rey, do not have a Job Classification Manual, which contributes effectively to define technical and systematic way, each and every one of the functions and other business activities, certain of their different positions. 4. Cooperative Savings and Credit Cristo Rey, lacks a Regulation for Admission and Employment, which viable technical and effectively, the entry of new staff to their plant partners. |
