Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora de camarón enlatado y su comercialización en la provincia de el Oro.

The objective of this research is to perform a feasibility study for the creation and implementation of a producer of canned shrimp in the province of El Oro which allowed the application of different methods and techniques that allows the investigation, as the method deductive, inductive method, the statistical method. The use of these methods allowed to reach the culmination of this work and that to do had to follow the steps of understanding and application of the same show. In the market study in the province of El Oro, with a sample of 400 households and 355 traders of canned shrimp ; Weighted surveys have been analyzed and the results have been inferred and then perform market analysis, determining the potential demand for 160,295 families, 158,692 families Demand Real, Effective Demand 72,998 households, which consume 928,539 pounds of shrimp. The offer of 795,625 pounds of shrimp and Unmet Demand for 132,914 pounds of shrimp, which allowed us to determine that the project can and should be performed by the results obtained in the analysis of demand, supply and levels of marketing this product. The installed capacity of the project determines that the company will be able to produce 84,480 pounds of shrimp and whose capacity will be used 67,584 pounds of shrimp, of which 58 % of the capacity used for the first year will produce up to 67,584, also the location of the same to be located in the city of Santa Rosa, Quebrada Seca in San José sector determined. The production process requires the use of suitable equipment, which will be guaranteed to get a quality product at reasonable prices. Then determining the project engineering process diagrams , characteristics of operation and management , technical requirements as equipment, facilities, furniture and fixtures develops. Also an administrative study determined as a Limited Liability Company, and functional organizational structure to the hierarchical levels both legislative, executive , consultant level support assistant, level operational level and the operating manuals, charts was performed; which served as a guideline for implementing a good organization, because it will have the following staff : manager, a secretariat contadora a concierge - Keeper, who will be part of the administrative staff and operational staff distributed as follows : a chief production, Two Workers, and a seller. The project reaches an investment of $ 41.795,52 and will be funded with contributions from partners 57.74 % of total investment corresponding to $ 26.795,52 and a loan to keep the project with the Development Bank will be the corresponding to 42.26 % $ 15,000 10-year term at 15 % annual interest. The financial evaluation shows the following results: According to the NPV of this project gives a positive value of $ 98.475,51, indicating that the project or investment is suitable. For this project, the IRR is 61,68 % and this value satisfactory to carry out the project, the time required to recover the initial investment would be 1 year, 8 months and 4 days, for this project, the sensitivity values are less than one, therefore not affect changes in project costs and revenues increased 25,7% and decreased by 18,30%, respectively, ie the project is not sensitive to these changes. Then the most significant findings and recommendations of the project arises.
