Shrnutí:The purpose of this research, the structure and content is distinguished by academic type known as the webperiodismo affects the practice of new forms of graphic communication in the city of Loja, the purpose is to determine and know what were the motivation to practice and exploit multimedia tools offered. The study population was comprised of 400 people, or what was the representative sample. The instruments used were: get the survey results were for college students Bernardo Valdivieso, Beatriz Cueva, and the National Universities, International Technical and particularly in this city, and the interview was applied to several people familiar with the theme. The methodology used was composed of scientific methods that helped build the problem and its conceptualization, the deductive inference was useful criteria and will pose the general problem, the inductive helped structure the findings. The overall objective was raised to analyze whether the webperiodismo influences the structuring of new media designs in order to take advantage and tools available to the network. The specific objectives were designed to determine and analyze whether the websites that promote the city of Loja, constitute decisive elements to project a new image outward. Also know what are the reasons for websites that promote the city of Loja, not attractive or flashy. Also ensure that the city of Loja, tend toward the generation of a new image, that when designing a flashy website and finally design an alternative that allows project a new image of the city of Loja, through graphic design media. With the tabulation and statistical development reached their conclusions and recommendations from this perspective necessary to build an alternative proposal that allows to solve the problem.
