Tilføj Tag | Summary: | The present investigation had as problem the following thing: How it rebounds the culture and organizational structure in the educational acting of the Educational Unit Santa Mariana of Jesus of the parish the Sacrarium, canton and county of Loja, in the period 2013-2014, he/she intended as objective to determine the culture, the organizational structure and the educational acting in the Educational Unit Santa Mariana of Jesus of the par ish the Sacrarium, canton and county of Loja, in the period 2013-2014. Alternative limits Among the used methods they stand out: Analytic that allowed to interpret the obtained answers; Synthetic, it allowed the coherence and theoretical relevancy, logic and methodological; Descriptive, it evidenced and it detailed the problem; Inductive, it allowed the study of the characteristics of the organizational structure and to obtain conclusions, and the Deductive one, it was employee in the moment to apply theoretical approaches on the culture and organizational structure; the used techniques were: he/she interviews to directive and surveys applied to the educational ones. It was made an analysis of frequencies and ponderación of results and this way results were obtained that they allowed us to know the problem of the institution As hypothetical supposition it has been considered that the culture and organizational structure rebound significantly in the educational acting in the Educational Unit Santa Mariana of Jesus of the parish The Sacrarium, canton and county of Loja. Having fomented the grade of credibility in the authorities are among the most important conclusions, the existence of good interpersonal relationships among educational, it can be cooperation in the educational community, as well as motivation and promotion to the personnel; in spite of this the personnel has not been evaluated. |
