The present TT consisted of three phases, in the first phase a review of similar works was carried out and the application of a survey to obtain application requirements, in the same way the Stack MEAN technology (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node) was identified the present TT consisted of three phases, in the first phase a review of similar works was carried out and the application of a survey to obtain application requirements, in the same way the Stack MEAN technology (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node) was identified for the development of the web service API REST and the Web application, for the mobile part, the Flutter Framework was defined with the Dart programming language, resulting in the requirement specification document resulting in the requirements specification document according to the IEEE 830 standard. In the second phase, the development and design of the application was carried out, so the XP methodology and the 4+1 model were used respectively to organize the application, in the same way the multilayer client server architecture was used to separate the presentation logic, business logic and data logic. The web application was implemented using the Model View Controller pattern and the mobile application with the Bloc pattern. Finally, in the third phase, functionality tests were carried out based on the acceptance criteria of the User Stories, on the other hand the load and stress tests were carried out obtaining adequate response times of the request between the client and the server, and the usability tests were carried out in a controlled environment where based on a survey of 63 users it was possible to identify that the app is easy to use and helps reduce search time for a property.
