Shrnutí: | Delictive behaviors and psychoactive substances intake are a social issue with an origin on economic, structural, cultural and psychological issues, which are present nowadays in great measure on the infanto-juvenile, generating consequences affecting their life quality. Due to this, the present work denominated “delictive behaviors and their relation with psychoactive substance intake on adolescent inmates of Loja’s male teen offenders center”, pretends to know delictive behaviors, identify the prevalence of substance intake by age and finally to study the relation between these two variables. The study had a quantitative, transversal focus, it had the totality of the young inmates as sample, and it supported itself on instruments such as: the antisocial and delictive behaviors questionnaire by Seisdedos(1995), and a structured interview made by the researcher. The results showed that there is a high rate of criminal acts in young people, among which are: robbery, taking drugs, fighting; which it has been closely linked to consumption of psychoactive substances in most investigated. Based on this criteria, a therapeutical plan was developed, aimed to address the prevention of drug use and learning of social skills by the offender teens.
