Evaluación de la Ejecución Presupuestaria al Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de la Parroquia Rural La Chonta, Cantón Chinchipe, Provincia Zamora Chinchipe, Periodo 2014-2015

present work of thesis called “EVALUATION OF THE BUDGETARY EXECUTION TO THE AUTONOMOUS GOVERNMENT DECENTRALIZED OF THE RURAL PARISH THE CHONTA, CANTON CHINCHIPE, PROVINCE ZAMORA CHINCHIPE, PERIOD 2014-2015", was developed as prerequisite to choosing the degree and Engineer's title in Banking and Finance. Through the elaboration of the work is gave compliance to objective raised, and simultaneously to them objectives specific, as the realization of the analysis horizontal to the State of execution budget for determine if have existed deviations between it budgeted and executed, and determine what were their possible causes; was then applied budgetary indicators in order to measure and analyze the efficiency in the management of the resources of the institution the same that were taken from the Management Audit Manual prepared by the Comptroller General of the State; and a report to the directors of the entity in which consists the respective conclusions and recommendations that will be of great help to correct decision making was finally prepared. The methodology used in the present work of research is starts with an interview to the President of the Board parish, with the purpose of know as performed the management budget and for this is used different methods as scientific, inductive, deductive, analytical and synthetic, that allowed the development of it research. It was concluded that the Government autonomous decentralized of the parish Rural La Chonta depends financially on transfers of the State; also not runs the budget according to it planned and them activities of the Plan operating annual executed not is them records in them cedulas budget in its whole, is by this that is recommended to it institution that look for others sources of financing as the transfer of skills from the municipality of the Chinchipe and that register in them cedulas budgetary the compliance of them activities for have a greater control in the management of them resources granted to the institution and by thus knowing the situation economic and financial.
