Riassunto:Psychosocial risk factors refer to the conditions that are present in a work situation and that are directly related to the environmental conditions, and the personal characteristics of the worker; interactions that can result in negative consequences for physical and mental health. In this way, the following investigation determined the influence of psychosocial risk factors on the level of work motivation of the staff that belongs to the Comprehensive Health Care area of the primary health care units in the city of Loja where it was determined that there is a high inverse relationship between the two variables. The methods used were non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive and correlational, the data collection technique was applied, the psychosocial risk assessment questionnaire was used as the instrument and primary technique, which determined the level of risk in each of the psychosocial factors and as a second instrument, the MbM Motivational Management Questionnaire prepared by Marshall Sashkin, Ph.D, which determined the level of importance in each of the dimensions belonging to the questionnaire
