“ORGANIZACIÓN DEL PROCESO CONTABLE EN EL HOSTAL ACHIK WASI, DEL CANTON SARAGURO, PERIODO: ENERO MARZO 2016

The thesis project entitled "ORGANIZATION ACCOUNTING IN HOSTEL Achik Wasi, SARAGURO CANTON, PERIOD JANUARY - MARCH 2016"; serve to put into practice what they learned during the school career of Accounting and Auditing, National University of Loja, prior to obtaining the title of Engineer in Accounting and Auditing CPA. The objectives proposed at the beginning of this work were achieved crystallize; so that information and source documents in order to register operations are compiled in an orderly manner; a plan and accounts manual according to the needs of the company, based on current accounting policies are designed. The development of the accounting process started from the Chart of Accounts, the Accounting Manual to the presentation of financial statements to obtain results to publicize the real economic and financial situation of the Hostal Achik Wasi and finally provided with summary information for the respective tax in the period of execution. As for the methodology used methods, techniques and procedures were applied and that helped the theoretical knowledge and practical development becoming the key part for the fulfillment of the objectives are presented. As regards the development of the theoretical framework all information required for the application of the accounting process during the three-month period, as well as what is the history of the company, its legal basis for normal operation and is structure which is formed the company, thus continuing with the accounting practice up to establish the financial statements reflecting the economic and financial situation of the company. 5 With regard to the completion of this thesis work according to the results of the respective conclusions and recommendations on the most important aspects of it are presented. I believe that this work is very important because it will influence advantageously the requirement of my professional life since it is an experience that will help me in my subsequent performance of my working duties to society, besides being a guide for the owner to keep better control of resources and obtaining more satisfactory economic performance.
