| Sammanfattning: | Whenever the dissemination and use of information technologies and communication in schools is higher. Despite some resistance from a few teachers, resource constraints in schools and the lack of a strong background in the area of ICTs by students and teachers, it is an undeniable fact advancing use the teaching-learning environments. In short, ICTs are an essential tool in XXI century in schools, for the production of various kinds of information connected to a network or system which allows shorten distance, reduce time to search for new topics of student interest. This paper is a contribution to the educational community of Computerized Accounting Bachelor, Blended modality studies, the College of School "Pio Jaramillo Alvarado" city of Loja. To achieve this output was necessary investigative process all framed in the scientific method and was fully described in the thesis project. It began with the implementation of the instruments defined research and continued their analysis and interpretation. These results, together with the theoretical framework, then guided the process of checking the research hypothesis, it must resort to the use of inductive and deductive methods. The research results revealed that the techniques of information and communication (ICT) as a methodological strategy to improve the teaching- 6 learning process, teachers feel they have become a powerful and versatile tool that transforms the teaching-learning process, and it is necessary to point out that as new educational space have become a medium widely used in education, through them teachers and students beyond the barriers of time and space make use of the computer to access, communicate, share create knowledge through activities that lead to learning, students reported that use communication skills to develop their teaching activities proposed by demonstrating that students use communication techniques open the possibility of increasing the level of participation, communication and the socialization of knowledge in order to achieve significant learning through the use of technological resources as the students free virtual classroom network, so that the use of strategies to encourage better participation and synchronous and asynchronous interaction is recommended students during the activities of the academic process. For this, the educational use of virtual classroom students Network, where students present the results of their work in the same classroom arises.
