Lisää tagi | Yhteenveto: | The following research had as a main goal to determine the associated factors to the caesarean section at Isidro Ayora Regional Hospital of Loja city, for that, I collected information from the clinical record of patients with caesarean section that were hospitalized in the Gynecology and Obstetrics area, among March and August 2014. There were included 464 patients. There were analyzed maternal, fetal, maternal – fetal and obstetrics factors that influence in the caesarean section. The analysis was made with frequency and percentage tables and its graphic representation. The fetal represents the main factors to the caesarean section with 42%, followed by the maternal ones with 27.9%. The main cause of caesarean represents the previous caesarean section, 27.5%, followed by the compromise of fetal well-being with 23.7%, dystocia of presentation 15.0%. It is concluded that caesarean section has been increased, overcoming the World Health Organization (OMS) recommendations, among the main factors are the fetal ones, followed by the maternal ones, the previous caesarean section is the main cause for the caesarean section, followed by the fetal well-being KEY WORDS: caesarean section, fetal factors, maternal, obstetrics. |
