The avocados canton is known for its natural and cultural beauty, its climate is temperate and cozy, its hospitable people, its natural and cultural heritage, therefore is believed suitable to develop the research work entitled "Center of interpretation of the culture avocado of the canton avocados province of Loja" for which is proposed as a general objective: design the center of interpretation of the culture of the canton avocados avocado Loja province , similarly raised three specific objectives such as: tourist diagnosis from the center of interpretation of the culture avocado; design the interpretation centre and the administrative process for the center of interpretation of the avocado culture developed. Within the methodology matrix was used for tourist diagnosis of Carla Ricaurte and the methodology proposed by the Ministry of tourism, in gathering the information is employed the technique of direct observation, applied through fact sheets and literary review, also four images were used by tab; applied interviews people involved in tourism to validate the information; the analysis of the documents for the interpretation centre, administrative process and promotion design Applied the analytical method used for an analysis of society, deductive method of gathering actual information through the inductive method allowed study the particularities of the site and to determine the social and economic impact to the community, and the historical method allowed to guide the use of historical documents, which in one way or another helped in the development of the diagnosis. The results of the research were determined to make the diagnosis of the town, "Design of the center of interpretation of the culture avocado", the administrative process and pay according to his monthly salary and finally the promotion. It is concluded that tourism diagnosis, allowed the identification of that interest to the community that there is this interpretation centre because in this way it will be released the ancestral culture and thus will be a contribution to the development of tourism; performance will be with manual functions which will be detailed activities, responsibilities and skills to develop and finally was advertising and sales plans so you have received by domestic and foreign tourists. Recommendations are directed entirely to the authorities of public and private entities support to the financing of the "Avocado culture interpretation centre", which will positively contribute to the tourism and the local economy of the commune, in the same way was selected to the manpower to play positively and give good care to the client.
