| Čoahkkáigeassu: | Feasibility projects are used to evaluate the viability of a new product in the market. This research has as objective: Do a market study to determine the demand, and supply and thus calculate the unsatisfied demand, and the commercialization plan; a technical study to detail the size, location, and engineering of the project; and an organizational study to generate the legal and administrative structure; a financial study to obtain the necessary investment, financing and financial evaluation. The research was characterized by having a quantitative approach, deductive method, exploratory and descriptive type, and with a non-experimental design, techniques and instruments were used to collect information. After examining supply and demand, 2.483.725 units of unsatisfied demand were obtained in the first year. The capacity used is 520.000 units, and the investment is $36.096,52 for the implementation of the venture. The production cost for year 1 is $114.438,30, with a retail price of 0.30 cents, which generates $157.924,85 of sales income. The balance point focuses on 32,76% of the installed capacity and $51.486,11 based on sales, and financial indicators were applied such as The Net Present Value (NPV) is $53.294,16, which is a positive value. The Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 61,64%, and the capital recovery period is 1 year, 7 months, and 11 days, with a benefit-cost ratio (RBC) determining that the venture will obtain a profitability of 0.34 cents for every dollar invested, and the sensitivity analysis (SA) determined that it can support an increase in costs by 20,31% and a decrease in income of 15,10%. It follows that the liquid horchata project is feasible for its implementation, |
