Summary:This research is focused on the success of schools, as a result of adequate educational organization and management, it aims to determine how educational organization and management and teamwork are related to the formation of learning communities. It is of documentary type and describes the variables through a bibliographic review, search logs, and content sheets, the contributions of different authors were compared and related according to the objectives of the investigation. Given the challenges that the administration of the institutions imposes on managers to achieve institutional objectives, guidelines are proposed to promote teamwork and the formation of learning communities, through educational organization and management. It is concluded that effective managerial performance is fundamental since, through educational management and a culture of teamwork, the success of the institution can be achieved and with it the quality of education, allowing the school to be considered a learning community that promotes inclusion, equality, and quality in education.
