Add Tag | Summary: | The present Degree Project was entitled "Legal and comparative analysis of the prohibited use of technological communication devices and its impact on the prison crisis", thus the general objective is to carry out a legal and comparative research, regarding how they develop correct prison policies in other states, in order to make a legal proposal in which it can be clearly established the establishment and implementation in our system, The development of the investigation was carried out in this same city, however, without neglecting the analysis in a national and international context, in the course of the execution of the mentioned work, the analysis of different authors, regulations, concepts and others was carried out, seeking to deduce this information from the general to the specific, as stated by the analytical and deductive methods used correlatively. Within the field work, interviews and surveys were conducted with legal professionals, these techniques would be mainly aimed at determining the origin or main deficiency on which the inmates are based to enter these devices, analyzed the results could be concluded that it is essential to establish restriction and control policies used effectively in other states, Finally, it could be deduced that those already in place are not fully complied with, since there is also the inefficiency and corruption of some public servants of the National System of Integral Attention, which is why the aforementioned research is expected to provide a solution to this problem through a duly grounded legal proposal. |
