要約:This research entitled " EFFECT OF FOOD RESTRICTION ON METABOLIC CONTROL IN CHICKENS OF COBB 500 ONLINE AT THE NATIONAL UNIVERSITY prick LOJA FINCA " aimed to help improve production systems broiler in the Hoya de Loja, by evaluating programs that allow food restriction reduce the incidence of metabolic disease and increase production levels . Affection for four treatments with three replicates per treatment were formed , the experimental unit was formed of 25 chickens. Completely Randomized Design was used. The following treatments were evaluated: The first treatment (control) according to the food table manual Cobb 500 line is provided , in the two treatment restricted to 5% of food from the eighth to the twenty- eighth day treatment three restricted to 10% of food from the eighth to the twenty-eighth and finally a four day treatment with a restriction of 15% according to table Cobb 500 manual online. The results obtained in the different variables are: Increased consumption of food he got treatment 1 (control) to 4690.6 g, then Treatment 2 with 4529.2 g and finally the treatment 4 with 4352.2 g . As for weight gain which reached the group was the first treatment 1 (control) with increased weight of 2658.87 g, followed by Treatment 2 with an increase in weight of 2632.51 g and finally the treatment 4 with a weight increase of 2485.74 g . The best feed conversion the received Treatment 2 with a feed conversion 1.72:1 after Treatment 3 with a feed conversion of 1.74:1 and finally Treatment 1 (control) at a feed conversion of 1.77:1. The lowest mortality scored Treatment 2 with a mortality of 2% followed by treatment 4 with a mortality rate of 3%, and finally the Treatment 3 and Treatment 1 (control) with a mortality of 5 %. American Best Efficiency Factor Treatment 2 as achieving an American efficiency factor of 185.42, then the treatment 3 with an efficiency factor of 182.64 American Treatment 4 and finally an efficiency factor American 170.27. In terms of profitability, the most profitable group proved Treatment 2 with a profit of 45%, then the Treatment 3 with 32% and finally treatment with lower performance proved Treatment 4 with 18%. The results allow us to deduce that treatment two (Restriction 5%) obtained the best results meeting expectations of research.
