Sammanfattning:UPLAC Ltd. is a farm industry enterprise that works processing milk products, this enterprise works in Loja city and it’s at the local market since 2009. The enterprise produces: yogurt, yogurt with cereal, fresh cheese and jelly milk, these products are traded with the brand Lactofino principally in Loja city. The main goal of this work is defined a strategic plan that let us to work taking account objectives, strategies, politics and actions that look for improving the competitive level and reach a good position in the local market as soon as in the farm industry of the south part of the country. The positional diagnostic will analyze the inside work of the enterprise and the main factors that influence in the customers satisfaction, this work let us establish as main strengths the directives experience in the milk products market, the ability of human group and the row material disponibility. In the other hand, the principal weaknesses are that the enterprise doesn’t have a remarkable position in the local market and there are deficiencies in the productive process of quality and commercialization activity. The analysis result show that the economic conditions of the country and the consume tendencies of the people help to develop the enterprise activities in the farm and food industry. The strategic plan defines the philosophic elements of the enterprise: Mission, Vision and the Values of the organization. The strategic objectives look for improving the competitive grade and the results of the action taking account the implementation of Good Methods of Manufacture (in Spanish BPM) and the fulfillment of quality standards that produce a competitive advantage and offer a plus to this costumers. Beside that the strategies look for improving the productive process and commercialization, so and the same way get the empowerment inside the human group. The Operative Plan establish the strategic activities that it should follow during the period 2014-2018 it determined the responsible areas of its develop and place the control indicatives and fulfillment evaluation.
