Description
Summary:This research work aims to implement an educational intervention program to develop pro-social behaviors in adolescents of tenth year of basic education parallel "B" evening section of Pío Jaramillo Alvarado High School, 2013-2014 school year. It is a descriptive cross-sectional study, with a quasi-experimental design; in a sample of 16 adolescents. Analytical methods were used: synthetic, inductive, deductive, historical, logical, comprehensive, diagnostic, modeling and statistical; also the researcher applied surveys and questionnaires of pro-social behavior (CC-P). The main results are: in the diagnosis the 75% said solving problems through verbal aggression; the pretest showed that the 37.5% of adolescents report lower levels of conduct, after the educational intervention in pro-social manifestations were observed in a high level in respect to 100%. A moderate positive correlation indicates r (x y) = 0,60 in the area of leadership. It is concluded that a good percentage remains a deficit in the development of pro-social behavior. The assessment of alternative intervention was positive moderate to develop the leadership and it was decline positive in the sociability aspect.
