Etiketle | Özet: | This thesis project aims at implementing an IP telephony system using free software in the hospital Dr. Humberto Molina Zaruma city, for which began to develop a network design that shows VOIP technology linking the data network, then determined the hardware and software necessary to implement this system. Also installed and configured IP telephony equipment in each of the departments of the institution to establish communication users through the data network. The system is based on Asterisk, which is software that provides all the features you would expect from a PBX, plus it can interoperate with almost all telephony equipment using standards based on relatively inexpensive hardware. The PBX has implemented a menu of automatic answering service, voicemail, call forwarding, caller ID, call detail recording, voice message notification via e-mail a link to the landline through a card FXO allows users to make external calls and a web interface to manage and control the operation of the exchange. |
