| Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of the teaching process within the emotional intelligence is to acquire knowledge necessary forms in the learning process which make multiple cognitive activities that achieve q develop their minds easily , achieving their development in society. To analyze this issue is of great importance to our country, city and town have been considered appropriate to make the following scientific question: HOW TO AFFECT THE TEACHING BY TEACHING AND ITS IMPACT ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE OF GIRLS AND CHILDREN FIRST YEAR BASIC EDUCATION SCHOOL OF GABRIELA MISTRAL no.1 CANTON CATAMAYO ? The research was General Objective: To sensitize teachers on the importance of the process of education and its impact on the development of Emotional Intelligence girls the first year of elementary school. The methodology used was based on the use of methods: scientific, descriptive, inductive, deductive, statistical analytical techniques were used: two teachers survey and direct observation to fifty three children. The results from the survey referred to the master determined that the teaching affects emotional intelligence , although their responses were different being the 50% is equivalent to a teacher is very good and 50 % is good results in the importance of the teaching process in the observation guide , the items of emotional states changed their percentages in which it was concluded that stimulation , strategies and good ways to make your work as teachers allows them to continue to improve the performance and development of children. |
