Metodologías innovadoras y herramientas TIC utilizadas en el proceso de enseñanza- aprendizaje por los docentes del subnivel superior de educación general básica de la Unidad Educativa Adolfo Valarezo de la ciudad de Loja en el año lectivo 2023-2024.

Innovative methodologies and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) tools are fundamental in the educational field, because they allow us to understand motivation, commitment, the development of essential skills, active and participatory learning, to improve the process. deformation. The general objective was to analyze the innovative methodologies and ICT tools used in the teaching-learning process by teachers of the higher sublevel of basic general education of the Adolfo Valarezo Educational Unit of the city of Loja in the 2023-2024 school year. The methodology used is based on the deductive method with a quantitative approach of descriptive scope, with a cross-sectional study, taking as a sample sixteen teachers from the aforementioned educational institution, the process begins with a bibliographic review in postgraduate digital repositories and indexed scientific databases. , allowing to have a theoretical reference and the construction of the research instrument, applied through the survey technique, thus managing to identify seven (7) innovative methodologies and nine (9) ICT respectively, after carrying out the research it was possible to conclude that the tools that teachers always use are: Cooperative Learning, while four (4) are frequently used, such as, Thinking-Based Learning, Flipped Classroom, Problem-Based Learning, Collaborative Learning, and likewise, five (5) ICT , Kahoot, Google Drive, WhatsApp, Google Forms and Zoom, teachers always use them in the teaching-learning process.
